




Your mission will be: Execute and ensure satisfaction of category A customers, breaking down requests to the operation. Main activities: Work on daily scheduling; Register rates, as well as review commercial proposals and service provider contracts; Analyze and verify services to be billed to the customer; Issue preliminary billing for services provided, including storage, insurance, and other services related to import, export, and domestication processes, according to the conditions established in each customer's contract or commercial proposal; Monitor contract validity and adjustments, supporting the sales team in communications related to renegotiation. Issue invoices and billing slips for sending to customers, as well as perform transmission of billing files to the bank; Issue invoices and debit notes related to shared and specific services for each customer. Perform daily billing closing. Organize and control digital fiscal documents and contracts of customers. Prepare and update daily billing control spreadsheets; Propose continuous improvements in processes, focusing on quality and customer service; Compliance with the Code of Conduct, administrative, technical, socio-environmental, and safety standards; Act with responsibility and professional demeanor in customer service. Requirements: Minimum education: Completed Higher Education Knowledge of Excel; SAP system knowledge Have good analytical skills and business vision.
