Responsible for ensuring governance and accuracy of sales force support processes, managing customer master data, calculating variable compensation, and controlling commercial expenses (DVV). The role ensures compliance with registration, commission, discount, and contract termination policies, while operationally managing the vehicle fleet, continuously seeking process automation and excellence in commercial team support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform complete customer registration in SAP, collecting information, validating documents, and conducting pre-registration to prevent duplication and ensure database integrity. * Conduct periodic maintenance and cleansing of customer master data, correcting registration and tax inconsistencies to ensure smooth billing. * Calculate and process variable compensation by consolidating sales bases and applying commercial rules to guarantee accurate and timely payment. * Operationalize and formalize contract termination processes, handling system deactivation, recovery of materials/assets, and resolution of outstanding financial matters. * Coordinate operational fleet management, monitoring traffic fines, fuel cards, and maintenance scheduling to ensure sales representatives’ productivity. * Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas under responsibility, ensuring internal knowledge retention. * Provide support for service requests related to area processes, ensuring policy compliance and SLA adherence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative support routines, sales team support, and organization of contractual documents. * Knowledge of SAP and support tools (e.g., ServiceNow). * Understanding of LGPD application. * Basic Office package: Excel. **Desirable Requirements** * Basic Power BI * Intermediate Office package: Excel. **Additional Information** ***We currently have 2 openings for this position and are looking for top talent to join our team!*** **We care about our team members’ well-being and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Joinville). * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
