Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping processes, identifying improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, leading projects, and promoting organizational transformation. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for optimization. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, waste (muda), and improvement opportunities using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Propose and develop new workflow designs (TO\-BE), automation, and optimizations, defining the feasibility and impact of changes. Lead end-to-end improvement projects, ensuring complete documentation and tracking of results through process indicators. Suggest and support the development and monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor process performance and compare it against targets. Drive organizational transformation, facilitating team acceptance and implementation of new practices.
