Experience: Solid experience in Purchasing/Procurement roles, with focus on indirect and corporate categories. Technical Knowledge: * Mastery of advanced negotiation techniques and cost analysis. * Experience in implementing e-Procurement systems and tools. * Behavioral Competencies: Leadership, Strategic Vision, Strong Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management. Desired * SAP Strategy and Negotiation: * Develop and execute sourcing strategies for major indirect spend categories, ensuring optimization of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). * Lead high-impact negotiations and complex contracts at corporate level. Process Management: * Implement and ensure adherence to purchasing policies and procedures across the corporation. * Manage the complete procurement cycle (from requisition to payment), pursuing operational excellence. Performance and KPIs: * Monitor and report department KPIs (Savings, TCO, Service Level, Compliance), presenting action plans for continuous improvement. * Conduct detailed spend analyses to identify new cost-saving opportunities.
