Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** We are looking for an Engineering Manager responsible for coordinating and technically leading the engineering team in the development and configuration of the CISC RNEST TREM 2 project, as well as managing the team responsible for training. This role will serve as the primary technical interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring execution, inspection, and release of documentation. This person will also coordinate Schneider's Technical Archive, support the Contract Manager, request engineering resources, and manage internal and external interfaces. They will analyze input data, plan activities, review and approve technical documents. They will be responsible for consolidating supplier documentation, resolving technical conflicts between disciplines, conducting Critical Project Reviews, and approving technical releases. They will work closely with Construction, Installation, Planning, Quality, and SMS departments, including participation in audits and critical reviews. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the engineering team and ensure the technical configuration of the project. * Plan and organize scope-related activities, ensuring quality and deadlines. * Identify project risks and opportunities. * Maintain assertive communication with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Manage technical documentation accurately and systematically. * Integrate with Construction, Planning, Quality, and SMS departments during audits and critical reviews. * Apply ISO standards and project management tools to ensure compliance and efficiency.
