We overcome **challenges** to enhance operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and become part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsible for the Integrated Operations Plan, establishing, managing, and delivering the activity plan aligned with operational and maintenance priorities. Act as project coordinator for specific planned tasks.** * Coordinate services regarding resources (human and material), scope completion, schedule, quality, procurement, cost, communication, and risks; * Develop schedules, histograms, and additional planning documentation; * Conduct progress reviews (planned vs. actual and trend), based on the project’s physical progress; * Update and track planning documentation according to progress and scenario; * Carry out onboard visits to support planning, task detailing, and resource inventory; * Ensure plans/schedules meet customer/stakeholder specifications; * Monitor and report on operations/maintenance activities; * Promote improvements in the planning process; * Deliver, jointly with the Operations Engineer, cost-effective installation methods for operations projects, minimizing any loss of production revenue; * Develop work packages for the very short-term plan (1 month ahead), short-term plan (3 months ahead), and medium-term plan (activities for 2–3 years ahead) to enable project compilation for subsequent execution during the FPSO lifecycle; * Assist in preparing major scopes and maintenance shutdowns; * Ensure information flow and agreed deadlines; * Manage all communications and provide efficient feedback for processes; * Report potential business threats to management; * Provide planning support to the FPSO; * Participate in the emergency response organization according to weekly rosters; * Assist in reviewing operational procedures, systems, and processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Engineering degree; * Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is desirable; * Prior experience in planning is preferred; * Advanced/Fluent English, both written and spoken; Our portfolio includes the chartering and operation of the Pioneiro de Libra (PDL) FPSO at the Mero field since 2017, as well as Operations and Maintenance services for Brava Energia at the Papa-Terra field in the Campos Basin.
