Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Hotel Management, Engineering, or related fields? Do you have at least three years of experience in the hospitality industry, directly or indirectly involved in hotel operations? Are you proficient in Google Workspace tools, such as Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Presentations, and Spreadsheets? Have you worked with or are familiar with management methodologies such as PDCA, OKR, or GTD? Are you familiar with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and enjoy identifying opportunities to optimize processes? Do you have experience analyzing and monitoring KPIs, and familiarity with advanced Excel, Power BI, or other BI platforms? The main challenge will be acting as the liaison between Corporate and resorts, ensuring operations and processes align with Amarante’s strategy. You will support the Corporate Operational Directorate in daily tasks, project follow-up, and group-level strategic initiative management—including OKRs, PDCA, Lean, and NPS—directly contributing to continuous improvement of operational results. What are the routine responsibilities of the Operations Analyst? * Serve as the focal point supporting the Corporate Operational Directorate, tracking actions, projects, and strategic initiatives; * Monitor small and medium-sized projects alongside resort teams, ensuring execution complies with the defined project management methodology; \- Monitor guest satisfaction indicators (NPS), suggesting improvement actions in partnership with Quality, Product, and resort teams; * Analyze and monitor departmental and resort performance indicators, supporting strategies for continuous optimization of results; * Participate in Management RARs (Results Monitoring Meetings), tracking action plans and supporting execution via PDCA; * Act as the interface between resorts and corporate departments, ensuring implementation of established standards (ESG, People, Experience, Product, Controlling, among others); * Identify and propose improvements in operational processes, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and Lean practices; * Support the Operational Management team in procurement processes for utensils and linens, monitoring pre-opening schedules and deadlines; * Manage the strategic distribution of linens and utensils across resort areas, ensuring quality standards in final installation; And what do we offer the Operations Analyst?
