Job Summary: The Catering Logistics Coordinator plans, organizes, and supervises the flow of food, beverages, and equipment, ensuring on-time delivery with quality and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Strict shelf-life control (FEFO/PVPS) and inventory management The Catering Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the flow of food, beverages, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery from the preparation site (central kitchen) to the final destination (event, company), with quality and food safety. In the food sector, the primary focus is to ensure product integrity, strict shelf-life control (FEFO/PVPS), inventory management, and material flow efficiency to guarantee on-time service delivery to customers. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role, preferably with perishable foods or consumer goods. Previous experience as an Analyst, Supervisor, or Coordinator. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, completed. **Tools:** Advanced Excel and integrated systems.
