After all, it is 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor daily consumption of utility supplies, preparing reports for management with focus on efficiency and quality of production processes; * Supervise building maintenance activities, with special attention to air conditioning systems, ensuring proper operation of HVAC equipment and employee comfort; * Ensure continuous supply of utility inputs to the factory, keeping equipment fully operational and promptly addressing failure situations; * Plan and execute activities focusing on safety, following established guidelines and conducting risk analyses to mitigate potential incidents; * Act as a leader and facilitator, promoting people and team development, aligning departmental objectives, indicators, and goals with processes and organizational culture.
