#### **About the position:** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with excellence, consistency, and precision, ensuring courteous customer service, inventory control, and bar organization according to the hotel's quality and hospitality standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare drinks, cocktails, coffee, juices, and other beverages according to technical recipes. * Serve customers at all areas of the bar, including counter, tables, mezzanine, and support dining room beverage orders. * Keep the bar clean, organized, and adequately stocked according to inventory requirements throughout the entire shift. * Monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs to immediate supervisor. * Assist in setting up bars for internal events (coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, parties, etc.). * Conduct verification and replenishment of ingredients, utensils, and equipment required for operations. * Know the drink menu and offer suggestions based on customer preferences. * Comply with hygiene and safety regulations for food and beverage handling. #### **Required qualifications:** * High School Diploma * Minimum 6 months of experience as a bartender in cocktail bars or high-end hotels. #### **Desired qualifications (a plus):** * Courses in basic or advanced mixology, cocktail techniques, pairing, technical recipes, hygiene standards (Good Practices) * Basic/intermediate English #### **Benefits:** * Wellhub (Formerly Gympass) * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele-specialist) * Clínica SIM * Birthday day off * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Educational partnerships * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network * Transportation allowance * Special discounts * Wedding and anniversary benefits #### **Work schedule and hours:** * To be determined
