




Job Summary: Responsible for executing and monitoring the unit's sales operations and performance, supporting the sales team and management with a focus on training and resolving bottlenecks. Resolving challenges to optimize the sales process Being responsible for executing and monitoring the unit's sales operations and performance, influencing colleagues through proper practices, and supporting the sales team and management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the entire branch's sales process; * Resolve bottlenecks that hinder sales; * Train **new and current** sales consultants; * Implement the action plan established by the branch management and/or commercial management; * Keep the branch management and/or commercial management informed about achieved sales results and projections. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in the Commercial area and Team Management. Completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
