Polite customer service ### **About the position:** We are looking for a **Vehicle Evaluation Assistant** to join our \#TIMEVIA1 team in the used vehicle department! If you are organized, curious, and eager to learn about the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main responsibilities:** * Support evaluations of used vehicles, accompanying the responsible evaluator. * Assist in document verification and vehicle history checks. * Support data entry into internal systems. * Assist in visual inspections and vehicle checklists. * Maintain department organization and support administrative routines. * Provide polite customer service, assisting customers throughout the evaluation process. ### **Profile:** * Completed high school education. * Customer service skills and strong communication ability. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Preferred: Interest in or basic knowledge of automotive vehicles (considered a plus).
