Job Details: As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling maintenance activities within the area, supporting operations and ensuring service quality. You will develop and monitor KPIs and indicators, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and standards, in partnership with Maintenance Assistants and Supervisors. You will also interface with planners from other plant areas, technical teams, and maintenance contract suppliers. What You’ll Do: * Develop, update, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for machines, equipment, and utilities, including: filters and exhaust ducts, compressors, cooling towers, chillers, motors, motor pumps, hoists, overhead cranes, electrical substations, and other power systems; * Manage and ensure compliance of HVAC maintenance plans according to the PMOC (Preventive Maintenance, Operation, and Control Plan), ensuring proper operating conditions and compliance with applicable legislation; * Plan and schedule maintenance shutdowns in alignment with Production areas to minimize impact on manufacturing processes and ensure operational continuity; * Administer work orders (WOs), monitor activity execution, and maintain updated technical history in the maintenance management system (CMMS); * Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators, including MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Backlog, among others, proposing actions for continuous improvement of results; * Provide technical support to the maintenance team by delivering guidelines, analyses, and recommendations to resolve problems and optimize processes; * Control inventory of spare parts, critical materials, and consumables, ensuring availability and efficient cost management; * Apply Maintenance 4.0 concepts using digital tools, sensors, real-time data analytics, remote monitoring, and advanced predictive maintenance techniques; * Plan and coordinate major maintenance shutdowns, including activities related to power systems, operational reliability, and safety; * Monitor risk mitigation plans and actions for critical equipment, meeting insurer (FM Global) requirements and ensuring compliance with contingency requirements. What We Expect From You: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience as a Maintenance Planner; * Solid knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS, TPM, etc.); * Technical English proficiency required to perform job-related tasks; * Proficiency in planning tools, including Advanced Excel and MS Project; * Power BI knowledge is desirable. Work Location: * Sorocaba (On-site work model). Working Hours: * 7:50 AM to 5:20 PM.
