**How you will contribute to this challenge:** As a Logistics Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing logistical support focused on customer service—tracking orders, delivery deadlines, and transportation incidents—to ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to agreed-upon deadlines, and data accuracy.
