




Job Summary: HVAC-R maintenance professional to work on Chiller, AHU, pump, and cooling tower systems, performing diagnostics and adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in maintenance of industrial/commercial HVAC-R systems. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance on Chillers, AHUs, and Cooling Towers. 3. Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical failures in refrigeration systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on *Chillers*, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators. * Carry out maintenance on TC systems, *AHUs*, filters, coils, fans, and temperature and humidity control systems. * Inspect and maintain *Cooling Towers* and pumping systems, ensuring proper water treatment and thermal exchange efficiency. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in components of refrigeration and circulation systems. * Conduct refrigerant leak tests, evacuation, and charging, in compliance with current environmental regulations. * Configure and adjust temperature controllers and system protection devices. * Prepare detailed technical reports of performed activities, documenting maintenance tasks and spare parts requirements. * Follow technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer specifications during service execution. * Extensive experience in maintenance of large-scale industrial or commercial HVAC\-R systems, specifically *Chillers*, *AHUs*, pumps, and cooling towers. * Building control and automation systems (desirable). * Safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-13, and NR\-35, if applicable). * Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams and refrigeration flowcharts. **Equal employment opportunity** We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
