Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced External IT Technician to provide customer service, perform maintenance, technical support, and installations on-site with autonomy and strong communication skills. Installation and configuration of software and hardware **About the Role:** We seek an experienced External IT Technician with practical experience and strong interpersonal skills to serve customers by performing maintenance, technical support, and on-site installations. The role requires autonomy, effective communication, and the ability to guide users in simple, clear terms. **Responsibilities:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of computers (desktops and laptops); * Basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting; * Installation and configuration of software and hardware; * End-user support, delivering accessible technical explanations; * Recording service visits and client travel as required. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in technical support/IT; * Driver's license category B (mandatory); * Knowledge of computer maintenance; * Basic understanding of networking (basic diagnostics); * Strong communication skills, interpersonal ease, and professional demeanor; * Availability for in-person work. **Salary:** R$ 2.300,00 (after probation: R$ 2.500,00) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 200.00 * Transportation allowance * Dental plan **Desired Profile:** We seek a professional who: * Demonstrates patience and empathy when assisting users; * Can clearly explain problems and solutions; * Is organized, communicative, and responsible.
