They also manage warehouse operations (receiving, storage, organization, maintenance of internal standards, procedures, and quality standards), and are accountable for goals, results, logistics, and internal controls. **Responsibilities and Duties** **People Management:** * Participate in recruitment processes and disciplinary actions, as well as other situations involving employees. * Manage employee leave schedules, working hours, and medical certificates. * Monitor and supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Define tasks and priorities for employees. * Evaluate employees and provide feedback. * Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, sales results compared to forecasts, and HR-related information. **Operational Management:** * Serve internal and external customers. * Analyze merchandise replenishment needs and determine priorities for employees and promoters. * Continuously monitor merchandise receiving to guide appropriate storage methods and priorities. * Monitor and analyze sales performance and other KPIs using systems and reports. * Conduct warehouse stocktaking/inventory. * Cover store shifts. * Visit warehouses and the Invoice Receiving Gate to collect information. * Inspect warehouse conditions regarding cleanliness and organization. * Assess the condition of warehouse equipment (computers, forklifts, hydraulic carts, electric pallet jacks, etc.). * Authorize product returns when irregularities occur related to incorrect pricing, quantity, quality, or invoices. * Assist in physical verification of received merchandise. * Immediately inform managers, supervisors, and/or promoters about the arrival of priority merchandise and/or flyer items. * Support the team in receiving, verification, and other related activities. * Coordinate with the commercial team and distribution center to negotiate deliveries and scheduling. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications:** * Knowledge of logistics, sales, and procurement within general retail. * **Preferred:** Retail experience, preferably in supermarkets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Additional Information** We’ve outlined what we expect from you—now it’s time to share what we offer all members of our team: **Our Benefits:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; Attendance Bonus; Optional Medical and Dental Plans; and an annual performance-based incentive program. **And more:** Flex continuously invests in development initiatives, offers opportunities for first-time employment, welcomes both experienced and entry-level professionals, and values diversity—what matters most to us is your willingness, your drive to do your best every day, and your passion for serving and delighting our internal and external customers.
