An organization specialized in corporate catering and facilities services is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Campinas. GRSA is a company specialized in food and nutrition services, offering customized solutions for various sectors, including hospitals, schools, and businesses. **Responsibilities:** Clean work areas, equipment, and kitchen utensils. Perform hygiene and pre\-preparation of vegetables according to instructions and technical sheets. Assemble salads according to the defined menu and technical sheets. Prepare juices, snacks, and breakfast according to the established menu and technical sheets. Assist in preparing various dishes, following previously established menus and technical sheets. Restock and replenish products at meal distribution points. Distribute meals to diners. Position based in Campinas / SP. Previous experience as an Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Technical training in progress.
