If you identify with our mission of delivering high-quality care, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, come learn more about this opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Review antineoplastic pharmacotherapy, assess dosing protocols, dilution, route of administration, infusion time, treatment days, and hematologic toxicity tests; evaluate and review home-use medications for prophylaxis against nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, pain, among others; * Review non-antineoplastic pharmacotherapy, assessing medications used to treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hypothyroidism, among others, aiming to ensure appropriate use, therapeutic indication, dosing regimens, and treatment duration; * Monitor the effectiveness and safety of medications standardized within the institution; * Develop clinical protocols as needed or upon request from the medical and multidisciplinary team; * Prepare technical and educational materials, as well as the monthly report containing service performance indicators; * Maintain up-to-date records of activities performed, consistently identifying critical points and proactively implementing corrective measures; * Support activities related to the department and those in which one interacts during colleague absences or shortages—provided one is qualified for the task or operating under direct supervision of the immediate supervisor—to maintain balance between workload and deliverables; * Maintain order, equipment, and tools within one’s area of responsibility; promptly inform the immediate supervisor regarding maintenance services, software installations, or resource needs, while observing and ensuring data handling and access comply with internal information security guidelines, standards, or policies; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Postgraduate specialization in Oncology Pharmacy; * Experience in chemotherapy compounding.
