




**We are seeking a Facilities professional with experience in building maintenance to handle and manage maintenance requests from stores. This resource will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance workflow—from receiving the request through to service completion and payment processing.** ====================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== **Work model:** Jaguariúna – SP (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) **Contract:** PJ via Iventis – 6 months (renewable) **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience of over 1 year in **Facilities** or **building maintenance**. * Knowledge of basic maintenance services: low-voltage electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, general repairs. * Experience managing supplier relationships and maintenance request tracking. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, plus excellent internal stakeholder support. * Proficiency with basic tools (email, spreadsheets, internal systems). **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in retail or supporting multiple stores/units. * Familiarity with maintenance ticketing systems or facilities management software. * Basic understanding of reading work orders and technical estimates. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Receive, analyze, and prioritize store maintenance requests.** * **Engage suppliers, request quotes, and monitor deadlines.** * **Register and update requests in the internal system.** * **Ensure proper execution of contracted services (e.g., light bulb replacement, minor repairs, leak fixes, air conditioning cleaning/maintenance, etc.).** * **Conduct inspections, validate service delivery, and approve payments.** * **Maintain ongoing communication with stores, suppliers, and other internal departments.** * **Create simple maintenance records, reports, and metrics.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
