About the position: We are looking for professionals with solid experience in mobile and backend development, capable of operating both technically and strategically. The role requires architectural vision, scalability, and robustness to support platform growth. We seek a self-motivated, organized, deadline-oriented professional with a hands\-on attitude who can not only develop but also provide technical leadership for projects—contributing to execution pace, quality, and delivery tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and enhance mobile, backend, and web applications; * Design and implement scalable and secure architectures; * Ensure best practices in version control, testing, and code quality; * Develop advanced features, including solutions using AI, e-learning (EAD), high-precision geolocation, physiological biomarker monitoring, semantic-context speech/voice recognition, and biometrics; * Support the team’s strategic technical decisions; * Collaborate with product and management teams in defining the technology roadmap; * Contribute to execution pace, coordination of workstreams, quality control, and delivery tracking; * Integrate technical development with operational project management, demonstrating initiative and solution-oriented mindset. Requirements: * Advanced experience in mobile development using React Native, Expo, Kotlin, and/or Swift; * Proficiency in integrating with REST APIs and real-time messaging (MQTT, Firebase); * Experience with Xcode; * Backend experience using Laravel and/or Django/FastAPI; * Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and sound data modeling practices; * Solid experience with Docker and cloud environments; * Experience with log and metrics monitoring; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with event-driven architectures and high-availability systems; * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; * Experience with large-scale applications (more than 10,000 active users); * Collaborative mindset oriented toward innovation.
