Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen teams Job Description: * Prepare classic, signature, and diverse beverages according to recipes and house standards. * Serve customers at the bar counter with friendliness, promptness, and attentiveness. * Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift. * Perform opening and closing procedures for the bar, including inventory and utensil checks. * Monitor and replenish supplies, beverages, fruits, utensils, and necessary materials. * Ensure proper handling of food and beverages in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Suggest beverages and enhance the menu when requested. * Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen teams. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a bartender. * Knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology. * Strong customer service skills. * Organizational ability, agility, and good communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
