




Main Responsibilities * Document organization, physical and digital archiving, and updating internal information. * Data entry into the ERP system and spreadsheets (registrations, controls, records). * Support in issuing and verifying invoices and preparing administrative reports. * Internal communication: phone calls, emails, supplier reception, and support to management. * Support to HR, Finance, and Sales departments as needed. * Deadline tracking, document verification, and preparation of internal reports. * Recording of accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and invoice organization (Finance). * Occasional coverage for vacations or absences of related administrative roles. Requirements * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Administration or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, and strong communication abilities. * Ability to handle confidential information, demonstrate responsibility, and meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills across departments and a collaborative attitude.
