Apply now and join the Planit team!! **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze maintenance plans (review operations in the order generated from the plan) and projects according to the defined technical scope; * Create and update control spreadsheets, progress charts, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and schedules (MS Project, Excel, and SAP); * Plan corrective and preventive maintenance orders; * Define required resources: labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services; * Prepare work orders, material lists, and execution checklists; * Verify material and equipment availability with the warehouse; * Request purchase of missing items and follow up on delivery; * Organize work fronts and logical sequencing of activities; * Ensure all technical documents and procedures remain up to date; * Estimate costs and deadlines, and prepare terms of reference, S-curves, and performance indicators (SPI, CPI, physical progress); * Prepare contingency plans for critical activities; * Monitor schedule compliance during execution; * Issue daily progress reports and performance indicators; * Provide technical support to coordination in deviation analysis and replanning; * Participate in planning and daily alignment meetings. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering; * Prior experience as a planner for multidisciplinary projects; * Experience with MS Project; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Experience as a planner in industrial environments; * Availability to work onsite in Paulínia/SP **Additional information** Location: Paulínia/SP Employment type: CLT * National Health Plan — Unimed (no payroll deduction for the employee; only family members incur deductions); * Dental plan (optional); * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided at the project cafeteria (no deductions applied); * Professional development / Training (after 1 year). **Clude Saúde** * Telemedicine consultations with General Practitioners (unlimited usage); * Severe disease prevention program; * Telepsychology consultations (two free consultations per month and R$50.00 per additional consultation); * Nutrition and fitness program; * Emotional health program; * Telenutrition consultations (one consultation per month + chat-based follow-up); * Access to healthcare services with discounts; * 24/7 telephone medical guidance, 7 days a week; * Medication discounts (up to 80% discount at pharmacies including Droga Raia, Drogasil, Drogaria SP, Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos, and others). **Partnerships:** * Partnership with an English language learning platform (Open English); * Partnership with Movida; * Partnership with Udemy.
