To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. **What will you do as a Human Resources Manager?** ----------------------------------------------------- As a **Human Resources Manager**, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies that promote a positive and inclusive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the Total Rewards package—encompassing salaries, benefits, recognition programs, and labor union relations. Additionally, you will oversee talent acquisition and management, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance evaluations. You will also drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation, and serve as a strategic partner to internal business units by supporting people management practices and policies. Finally, you will actively contribute to strategic projects—including organizational change, implementation of new policies, and initiatives that drive innovation and employee engagement. This position requires on-site work at our manufacturing facility in Jaguariúna and support for regional and global Human Resources initiatives.
