Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing machine idle time. Ensure all machines operate in accordance with required safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and improve operational efficiency. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities to support effective equipment management. Requirements: Proven experience in machine maintenance is a plus, as well as building maintenance. Technical knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work shifts, if necessary. Desirable Qualifications: Technical courses or certifications in industrial maintenance. Prior experience in high-demand production environments.
