That’s why you’ll find here people from different backgrounds and life stories, who all believe in the importance of unity and the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform microbial count tests and pathogen detection in non-sterile products and packaging. * Conduct water analysis. * Perform sterility testing. * Conduct microbial suitability testing (microbial count, pathogen detection, and sterility). * Manage and maintain microbial strain cultures. * Perform analyses for sanitizing agent validation studies and Challenge Tests. * Tabulate results into validated spreadsheets. * Investigate out-of-trend/out-of-specification results. * Comply with minimum requirements of good laboratory practices applicable to ANVISA and Ministry of Agriculture regulations, as well as internal and external audits. * Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest related to performed activities. * Promote quality culture. **Requirements and qualifications** To work as a Mid-Level Laboratory Analyst at ALS, we expect you to meet the following basic requirements: Bachelor's degree in fields related to microbiology—e.g., biological sciences, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, or pharmacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
