Job Summary: Professionals responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment. 2. Work on low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and automation systems. 3. Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance plans. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- Business hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance according to scheduled plans and emergent needs. * Conduct periodic inspections of central systems and equipment lubrication. * Respond to emergency requests and supervise outsourced services. * Prepare technical reports documenting performed activities. * Work on low- and medium-voltage electrical panels, automation systems, frequency inverters, soft starters, and communication modules. * Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance plans. * Responsible for the Motor Control Center (MCC) and building electrical maintenance. Record maintenance orders (time, materials, and activities). * **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrician training, or related fields. * Proven experience in electrical maintenance and practical knowledge of mechanical systems. * Knowledge of electrical panels. * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a results-oriented focus. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
