




Summary: This role supports IT operations by monitoring integrations, analyzing incidents, developing performance dashboards, maintaining documentation, and assisting with testing and data quality. Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements * Assist in monitoring integrations, interfaces, and data flows (Azure and other platforms) * Support incident analysis and participate in root cause investigations alongside senior team members * Contribute to the development of performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) * Maintain and improve knowledge base, technical documentation, and best practices * Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for system enhancements * Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback * Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and cross\-system quality checks **Your profile :** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably from the 2nd year onwards) in Technology or related fields. * Advanced English for daily interaction within a global team. * Basic understanding of ERP systems (experience with JD Edwards will be considered an asset). * Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows). * Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis. * Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel functions). * Basic understanding of cloud environments (experience with Azure will be considered an asset). * Knowledge of IT service management concepts (incident, problem, change). * Basic understanding of AI concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their application in IT contexts.
