To request an accommodation, please contact a member of Ceva’s Human Resources team. **Your Responsibilities:** * Document and map business processes, system workflows, and integration points. * Assist in monitoring integrations, interfaces, and data flows (Azure and other platforms). * Support incident analysis and participate in root cause investigations alongside senior team members. * Contribute to the development of performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools). * Maintain and enhance the knowledge base, technical documentation, and best practices. * Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for system improvements. * Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and collect feedback. * Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and cross-system quality checks. **Your Profile:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably from the 2nd year onward) in Technology or related fields. * Advanced English for daily interaction within a global team. * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with JD Edwards is considered a plus). * Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows). * Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis. * Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel functions). * Basic knowledge of cloud environments (experience with Azure is considered a plus). * Knowledge of IT service management concepts (incident, problem, change). * Basic knowledge of AI concepts, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their applications in IT contexts.
