We are seeking a Controller Analyst to support financial planning routines, performance monitoring, managerial analysis, and process improvement, directly contributing to the company's decision-making. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare managerial reports and financial analyses; * Support the budgeting process, forecasting, and budget vs. actual tracking; * Conduct financial and operational indicator analyses; * Support managerial closing and results analysis; * Develop controls and process improvements; * Structure and monitor departmental KPIs; * Support presentations and materials for senior management; * Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of DRE, DFC, and Balance Sheet; * Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and managerial reporting; * Analytical and organized profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of TOTVS; * Experience with Power BI; * Experience in controller functions, financial planning, or KPIs; * Experience in process improvement and automation. **We seek a candidate who is:** * Proactive; * Analytical; * Organized; * Owner-minded; * Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, growing, and evolving environments.
