Use recruitment tools (Solides, LinkedIn) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment within industrial or high-volume environments; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and screening tools; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Familiarity with Solides and LinkedIn is preferred. * Experience recruiting operational and technical profiles; * Availability for on-site work; * Location: Vespasiano \-MG * Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback); * Partner with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and desired candidate profiles; * Utilize recruitment tools (Solides, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases); * Ensure process compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; * Prepare recruitment and selection performance reports.
