If you identify with Pensalab, then come join our team! **Responsible for:** * Invoice issuance and entries in SAP (MIGO, material registrations and adjustments via MDG and CSP); * Control and organization of laboratory stocks and materials (spreadsheets and SAP); * Purchase order management, quotations, and supply replenishment (Ariba and decentralized processes); * Receipt, verification, delivery, and reservation of materials; * Control of invoices and analysis certificates; * Label creation and material identification; * Document filing and management (invoices and certificates). **Responsibilities and duties** * Administrative services, material delivery, invoice issuance, search and control of consumables; * Work according to customer expectations regarding: workplace safety, reliability, quality, good practices, and meeting established deadlines to prevent shortages. **Requirements and qualifications** * Higher education degree in Administration or completed Technical Administration course; * Experience in contract management; * Knowledge of SAP (MIRO); * Work location: must reside in Paulínia/Cosmópolis.
