Sort, weigh, and package meats for sale. Stock and organize the meat counter or display case. Store meats correctly in cold chambers. Assist in cleaning equipment, utensils, and the workplace. Assist customers when necessary. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Meat Assistant, Refrigerated Warehouse Assistant, Bone Removal Assistant, or Cutting Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
