Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, analyze, and address incidents of loss, damage, or other non-conformities reported by customers, providing appropriate and process-aligned feedback while ensuring clear and assertive communication. * Monitor KPIs related to incidents and damages, consolidating data into indicators and management reports to support decision-making and propose improvement actions. * Develop action plans to reduce failures and lead continuous improvement projects with operational units, ensuring compliance and gains in productivity, quality, and safety. * Evaluate the performance and quality of deliveries performed by partners, monitoring key indicators and proposing improvements or replacement when necessary, aiming to enhance service quality and ensure end-customer satisfaction. * Conduct technical visits to inspect processes, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for correction or optimization. * Act as the primary contact point for customers on quality-related matters, promoting alignment among internal departments and partners to ensure process consistency and service excellence. * Analyze and define process flows, operational procedures, and work instructions, establishing standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Prepare management reports and executive presentations, consolidating strategic information to support leadership in decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Instructions, procedures, and/or work routines: Operational guidelines for executing activities under your responsibility * Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced Excel * Indicator analysis and KPI management * BI tools and data analysis * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) **Additional Information** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; In-house dental and outpatient care; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Chartered transportation; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas bonus; 15-minute daily reduced working hours; Diverse partnerships (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, convenience store, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Company product purchases at special rates.
