Perform system routine tasks such as user creation and modification, access authorization, and resolution of technical issues. Assist in dashboard development using **TABLEAU (BI)**, support data extraction and administration workflows, collaborate in validation of computerized systems according to established regulations, and participate in specification of business processes for development on the Fluig platform. Also provide support for improvements and already-implemented developments. **Requirements:** ✔ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology ✔ Experience in the systems field ✔ Proficiency in Windows ✔ Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office or LibreOffice) ✔ Knowledge of SQL, HTML, Java, and JavaScript ✔ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 **Behavioral Profile:** Results- and quality-oriented, focused on internal and external customer service, team player, organized with good time management skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
