Description

Plan, implement, and optimize processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Map workflows, identify failures and bottlenecks, and propose improvements to reduce waste and costs. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Ensure adherence to established standards, processes, routines, and policies, promoting operational discipline. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other areas to ensure integration and results generation. Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments, providing critical and strategic insights. Lead the understanding, analysis (current state), and redesign (future state) of high-impact company processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
