You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving our end-to-end systems, actively contributing to technical and architectural decisions. We seek someone with a product mindset, autonomy to drive deliveries, and commitment to the quality of what they build. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end layers * Participate in architecture definition, data modeling, and API design * Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments * Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of the team’s engineering standards * Collaborate with product, design, and other technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions **What We Expect From You** * **5+ years of experience** in developing complete web systems—from requirements gathering to production maintenance * Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: **Python**, **TypeScript**, **JavaScript**, **PHP** * Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis)—including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization * Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL * Applied knowledge of architectural principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, microservices) * Quality practices: automated testing, Git version control, and technical documentation * Experience with **Docker** and **CI/CD** pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Linux environments **Nice-to-Have Differentiators** * Experience with **Artificial Intelligence** applied to products (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG) * Ability to build **MCPs (Model Context Protocols)**—connecting AI models to systems, APIs, and databases to enable intelligent agents * Experience orchestrating AI agents and function calling **Profile** * Product-oriented mindset and critical thinking to propose improvements * Clear and concise communication with both technical and business teams * Autonomy, organization, and accountability for deadlines and deliverables
