Technical | Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a professional challenged with maintaining high performance in executing WTG activities at the Mandacaru Wind Parks, responsible for carrying out operation and maintenance activities always with safety, efficiency, effectiveness, quality, focus, sustainability, and respect for the individual.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform operation and maintenance (preventive, corrective, and predictive) of WTGs at the wind complex, following Auren Energia’s O&M procedures;
* Conduct operational safety, functionality, and equipment/system operation tests and inspections at wind complex facilities to identify and correct/mitigate operational and production risks;
* Read, interpret, and prepare electrical schematics, manuals, technical instructions, maintenance reports, and consumption reports for wind parks/complexes;
* Identify operational, production, health, safety, and environmental alarms and risks;
* Perform electrical testing on equipment using specific test instruments—e.g., protection system test box, insulation resistance tester (megohmmeter), among others—always according to requirements and frequencies established in the maintenance plan;
* Participate in O&M planning and alignment meetings aimed at ensuring awareness and commitment from all team members regarding generation scheduling, scheduled reviews and/or repairs;
* Record and update safety, environmental, operational, and maintenance information via the Maintenance Information Management System;
* Conduct technical surveys and specifications for materials and services in general for use in routine operations and improvements;
* Contribute to management of equipment and spare parts;
* Specify and participate in testing, commissioning, and trials of equipment and systems in general;
* Comply with established safety procedures;
* Conduct daily inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE), collective protective equipment (CPE), and vehicle safety items; ensure the safety of all team members.
* Identify behavioral or situational deviations that endanger the team and report them to leadership.
* Conduct prior risk analysis of tasks (JSA).
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed technical education in Electrotechnology or Mechanical Technology;
* Microsoft Office suite;
* SCADA knowledge;
* Experience in the wind energy sector;
* SAP-PM knowledge is a plus.
