Provide in-person or telephone customer service, ensuring problem resolution and clarifying various questions regarding products, amounts, deadlines, among others; Conduct collections, recover receivables, operate the WhatsApp bot for message sending; Support customers by acting as a facilitator in the Company–Consumer relationship, as well as supporting the sales team by providing relevant information; Analyze, propose solutions, and implement actions enabling continuity of rights assignment processes, contract cancellations, debt renegotiations, collections, land reactivations, and request opinions from management or other related departments, aiming for accuracy and quality in all actions; Enter various information into the system, generate payment booklets, arrange printing, and sort them for subsequent delivery to customers; Reactivate canceled land plots; Control newspaper notice publications; Verify procedures and documents related to contract terminations, negotiations, and customer transfers; Generate land clearance certificates for customers; Monitor pending matters, requesting documentation or information from other involved departments to meet established deadlines; Ensure proper use of equipment and assets assigned for work purposes; Safeguard the interests of Buriti – Grupo Brasil Terrenos and represent it appropriately when appointed to do so before other institutions or events; Provide remote or on-site support to other group units upon request; Comply with Internal Regulations, as well as Rules and Standards governing Buriti – Grupo Brasil Terrenos’ operations; Perform other duties correlated with this position’s responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma required.
