Following safety regulations and good practices **Position:** General Services Assistant **Salary:** R$ 1\.625,09 \+ 20% hazard pay (R$ 325,02\) **Department:** Restaurant **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM; weekends and holidays, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (6x1 rotating shift\) **Description:** The General Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of restaurant premises, directly contributing to service quality and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and sanitization of indoor and outdoor areas (dining area, kitchen, restrooms, storage) * Wash utensils, dishes, pots, and equipment * Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene items * Assist in organizing tables, chairs, and premises * Support the kitchen team as needed (simple pre-preparation, organizing ingredients) * Properly dispose of waste * Follow safety regulations and good food handling practices **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in the field **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * On-site meal
