Join Cogna. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** You will contribute to students’ development during internship placements, supporting the enhancement of theoretical techniques applied in practice. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a monitor for Nursing course activities, assisting in mediating between students and professors. * Support the development of content and activities on Distance Learning (EAD) platforms. * Promote clear and effective communication with students, clarifying doubts and guiding them on course content. * Contribute to organizing and planning monitoring activities, ensuring deadlines are met. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve applied teaching methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program. * Prior tutoring/monitoring experience, preferably in an academic setting. * Familiarity with Distance Learning (EAD) platforms and tools. * Completion of a tutor training or teaching methodology course is a plus. * Strong communication, computer literacy, and teamwork skills. * Demonstrated proactivity, organization, flexibility, and empathy in the workplace. **Additional Information** Here, we believe in respect, diversity, and the pursuit of inclusion across all dimensions.
