




Description: YOU MUST HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Social Service IT WILL BE A DIFFERENTIAL: * Previous experience as a Social Assistant in the third sector. * Manage funding programs, scholarships, and quotas. * Create and monitor social program projects. * Suggest improvements and appropriate criteria for student selection for benefits. * Develop actions to integrate vulnerable populations. * Conduct awareness activities and provide support to students in need. * Plan social programs aimed at well-being and social and community integration. * Clarify doubts, guide on rights and duties, access to established rights, institutional routines, special care, social services and resources, rules, codes and legislation, as well as processes, procedures, and techniques; teach optimization of resource usage; organize and facilitate; assist in the development of social programs and projects; organize courses, lectures, and meetings. * Conduct socioeconomic studies; research population interests, user profiles, characteristics of the area of operation, on-site information, entities and institutions; perform bibliographic and documentary research; study feasibility of proposed projects; collect, organize, compile, tabulate, and disseminate data. * Record attendances; report problem situations; prepare reports, technical opinions, routines, and procedures; develop instruments (forms, questionnaires, etc). * Monitor results of program, project, and plan implementation; analyze techniques used; assess costs; verify compliance with commitments agreed upon with students' families; establish evaluation criteria and indicators; apply evaluation tools; evaluate achievement of objectives and proposed programs, projects, and plans; assess student satisfaction. 2509180202241758821
