Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, proficiency in UX writing for bots and business rule analysis, and expertise in communication and facilitating client meetings. Expertise in communication and facilitating client meetings Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Degree in Development and specialization in Management; * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams; * Proficiency in UX writing for bots and business rule analysis (BPMN); * Strong communication and client meeting facilitation skills; * Expertise in clear and efficient communication, as well as leading client meetings to foster a collaborative and productive environment; * Experience in projects related to Blip, BI, Back End, and Data Engineering; * Advanced knowledge of data processing and building scalable solutions; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools. Desirable: * Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, RD Station, and Salesforce, including integrations. * Knowledge of technologies such as Databricks, Delta Live Tables, Kubernetes, Data Vault, NiFi, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow. * SQL and Python programming skills for data manipulation and process automation. * Experience with code versioning tools such as Git and CI/CD practices. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure automation and management. * Experience with Docker, GitHub, and full software development lifecycle management. * Advanced or fluent English.
