Our team focuses on providing on-site support to client users. In this role, challenges include supporting end-users and VIPs, as well as developing and executing small-scale processes and projects. On a day-to-day basis, the technical professional will receive support from advanced-level teams and their manager to address more complex demands or resolve questions. Additionally, Penso is a technology company, offering numerous internal growth opportunities beyond client environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What We Expect You to Bring:** * Technical, technological, or bachelor's degree in IT fields (currently pursuing or completed); * Technical or technological degree in Computer Networks (preferred); * Familiarity with file-sharing tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, VBox, Google Drive, etc.); * Advanced knowledge of workstation support (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, etc.); * Knowledge of email troubleshooting; * Experience in face-to-face customer service; * Advanced experience in IT infrastructure services, such as: Active Directory (AD), DNS, Backup, Antivirus, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocol; * Hardware knowledge: testing, component replacement, cleaning, maintenance; * Networking knowledge: modems, routers, etc.; * Basic server knowledge; * Basic IT service management knowledge; We count on you to improve our clients’ IT environments—making IT work for business! **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information**#### **Our Rituals** **\#PensoDay** Every six months, we openly and directly discuss company goals, challenges, and results to foster collective growth.
