Software quality and security assurance **Description:** **You must certainly have:** br Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields Programming language knowledge (Java, Spring Framework, Angular.js, Angular 7 or higher, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Java\-Web, EJB, JPA, JAXWS, JAXRS, WEB (HTML, Javascript), JQuery) Database knowledge (SQL / Oracle), REDIS cache. Knowledge of services and micro\-services (CA gateway, Sensedia, API REST, SOAP, Xml, Json) and system integration tools. Knowledge of testing strategies: TDD, BDD, and Shift\-left testing. Knowledge of DEVOPS culture (Jenkins, Sonar, Pipeline scripts) Knowledge of cloud computing (GCP or preferably AWS): Advanced code versioning knowledge (Git Lab); Knowledge and experience with an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, XP) **Supporting Tools:** Grafana, Kibana and App Dynamics, Elastic Search, Jmeter. **Your contribution to this area will be:** Develops solutions and pursues continuous improvement, aiming for strategic alignment and direction of IT within the Squad / Tribe / Community. Supports technical requirement specification and defines the solution, determining how the solution will be built, estimating development effort, and transforming business and product strategies into technical solutions. Monitors performance indicators and ensures the application lifecycle in production, providing support when necessary. Ensures delivery of high-quality, secure software meeting functional and non-functional requirements. Aligns technical solutions, reducing barriers with other tribes and departments, communicating impacts and progress of fixes. Identifies technical risks and vulnerabilities in existing systems. Participates in business rule definition, when required. Participates in planned activities for product development. Seeks and shares new technologies with the team to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement. Participates in defining the roadmap and long-term vision with the team, influencing the product and building consensus on initiative decisions. Understands the company's business needs and develops effective solutions following defined standards, frameworks, and Information Security standards. Able to assess effort and risks for implementing new features on product platforms. Values code quality by adhering to industry best practices. Helps train and develop the Tech team.
