Determination to achieve results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide remote internal and external customer service via telephone, e-mail, and other communication channels; * Perform data analysis; * Act as a knowledge multiplier by assisting in team training and development, as well as departmental activities; * Monitor chat and telephone interactions; * Track and monitor the department’s operational queues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum 6 months of experience as a CAR ADM Assistant; * No disciplinary actions in the last 6 months; * Proficiency in computer applications and Google tools, especially Excel. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday — from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Nice to meet you — we are Brasil TecPar!
