This is a team closely aligned with Product and Business areas, operating in an agile and collaborative manner to build scalable, efficient solutions with direct impact on business outcomes. **Responsibilities:** * Technically lead cloud architecture initiatives, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency; * Serve as a technical reference in infrastructure and distributed systems, influencing engineering decisions across the team; * Design and evolve AWS architectures, ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization; * Define and implement observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing), ensuring system visibility and reliability; * Contribute to building and evolving CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation; * Identify risks and bottlenecks in distributed systems, proactively acting to ensure stability; * Collaborate with development teams in defining scalable and resilient solutions; * Technically lead key initiatives, owning solution definition and implementation; * Contribute to team growth through mentoring, code reviews, and sharing best practices. Requirements: **Essential** * Experience as a Software Engineer in medium-to-high complexity environments; * Experience in designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments; * Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3 or similar); * Experience with DevOps/SRE practices (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure automation); * Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems; Experience with integrations and process automation; * Ability to serve as a technical reference within the team, influencing decisions and guiding solutions. **Preferred** * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation); * Experience with high availability and disaster recovery strategies; * Experience optimizing cloud costs; * Experience with event-driven architectures; * Experience applying GenAI to infrastructure or automation; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
