Key Responsibilities 1. Follow corporate procedures of the department, conducting inspections of employees and departments, changing rooms, and audits of cargo and processes to ensure accuracy of customer inventory; 2. Visually verify the use of uniforms and identification badges within company premises to ensure access is granted only to authorized personnel; 3. Inspect the building and products through foot patrols to ensure physical integrity of the facility and customer products; 4. Investigate internally reported incidents by analyzing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and systematically identifying process errors during loading and unloading; 5. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), following occupational safety guidelines to ensure personal physical safety; 6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, removing waste generated during handling and keeping the work area organized to support corporate quality programs; 7. Follow quality procedures, participating in training sessions and applying them daily to ensure service level to customers; 8. Deliver asset security training, teaching the subject during corporate onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with local and internal rules;
