Monitor equipment and systems performance, identifying any issues or failures and taking necessary corrective actions. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment and systems operation and maintenance to ensure consistency and operational quality. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Engineering and Operations, to ensure equipment and systems align with business needs. Conduct team training on equipment and systems operation and maintenance, ensuring all staff are familiar with standard operating procedures. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in transportation equipment and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Comply with all safety and environmental regulations related to equipment and systems operation and maintenance. Prepare regular reports on equipment and systems performance, providing valuable information for strategic decision-making. Perform analysis, adjustments, and modifications to SAP structures, ensuring optimization and efficiency of operational processes related to highways. Ensure updating of the electronic/electrical assets register. Coordinate maintenance programming interface with third-party teams, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed according to established standards and within deadlines.
