This role will be responsible for building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of data capture and availability processes. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data ingestion pipelines. * Integrate diverse data sources (APIs, relational and non-relational databases, message queues). * Ensure the quality, security, and governance of ingested data. * Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions. * Monitor and optimize data ingestion processes (crawlers/scrapers). * Document processes, workflows, and technical decisions. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Intermediate experience with **Python** for pipeline and automation development. * Practical knowledge of **AWS**, especially services such as **SQS**, **Lambda**, **ECS**, **EC2**, **S3**, and **RDS**. * Experience with **relational databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Experience developing REST APIs. * Experience with version control using **Git**. * Ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). * Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow). * Experience with CI/CD. * Familiarity with event-driven architecture. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
